The levels of proficiency in the French language is in line with the levels set by the European Union. These are the following:


A1 DELF

The Institut Francais(IFA) conducts examinations and certifies the knowledge of the French language. The DALF C1 exempt students who wish to study in higher educational institutions of France from any further examination on their knowledge in French. Holders of DALF C2 have the opportunity to acquire the adequacy of teaching French language granted by the Greek Ministry of National Education and Religious Affairs. The examinations are held twice a year, every May and December.

The University of Liège, one of the oldest and most reliable universities in the world, guarantees the reliability of examinations TFLF (Test Francophone Langue Française).
